Executive Assistant to the City Manager

The City Clerk is responsible for managing municipal records, coordinating the production of City Council agendas, providing public notification, producing the official meeting minutes, processing various actions of the City Council, and managing requests for public records.

The City Clerk also serves as the Executive Assistant to the City Manager, providing administrative support to the City Manager, City Attorney, and City Council.
