Human Resources
Human Resources assists the City Manager in recruiting and retaining a top-quality work force for the City. This is accomplished by acting as a resource for both management and employees. Human Resources also assists the City Manager with labor contract negotiations, labor relations, and provides support and assistance to the Civil Service Commission in its work to ensure a fair and equitable hiring and promotion process.
